Introduction
Welcome! We’re Exotics Wholesale, a leading imported snacks & drinks wholesaler in Canada. We specialize in supplying retailers with a variety of imported (exotic) snacks and beverages.
We are based in the Greater Montreal Area.
Shipping Policy for Canadian Customers
Transparent Shipping™ is our way of making ordering as easy as possible for our customers. For business customers, we subsidize your shipping cost by a maximum of 10% of your order's subtotal.
What does that mean? It means that, if your order's subtotal (total before taxes) is $1,000, we will subsidize your shipping for a maximum of $100 (10% x $1,000). If your shipping exceeds the 10% threshold, we will charge you the difference.
Here's an example of where you would incur a shipping fee:
Say your order's subtotal is $2,000 and our cost to ship to you is $250. We will subsidize $2,000 x 10% ($200) and subtract it from the shipping cost of $250. This will leave us with a $50 shipping cost that will be added onto your final invoice.
Minimum subtotal for Transparent Shipping™: $300
Orders under $300
If your order is under $300, a flat fee of $25 will be added to your invoice. This flat fee is subject for revision if your order is going to a remote area, or/and if it is too heavy/voluminous for it to cover our shipping cost.
Regions We Serve
We provide our services to clients in Canada and several other international locations.
Customers located outside of Canada are responsible for handling export documentation and logistics.
Additional Shipping Services
We assist with container loading and create custom pallets to meet your needs. We also provide essential customs information, including product HS codes and countries of origin.
After Account Approval
Once your account is approved, we will assign a dedicated sales representative to assist you. They will inform you about the conditions for free shipping, based on the cost to ship to your location.
